Frozen, Par Baked
Frozen Par-Baked Bread:
Let the product thaw on a baking tray for at least 15 minutes or till completely defrosted.
Preheat the oven to 190 c
Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, place the tray in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until you reach the desired colour and crust.
Store in freezer at -18 c
Once defrosted, products should be baked and not refrozen. Otherwise, refrigerate for a maximum of 24hrs.
